Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 8/25/2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of landscaping services provided by Every Climate Care (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to the client (“Customer” or “you”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide landscaping and lawn maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Lawn mowing
- Leaf and debris cleanup
- General yard maintenance
- Property assessments and estimates
Services will be performed based on the schedule agreed upon by both parties.
2. Free Estimates
We offer free on-site estimates for prospective clients. These estimates are non-binding and subject to change if the scope of work changes.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept both Cash and Check.
- Late payments may incur a fee of $25 after 7 days.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of $20.
5. Property Access
Customer agrees to provide access to all areas requiring service. If access is not available at the scheduled time, we may charge a visit fee or reschedule at our discretion.
6. Safety & Hazards
Customer agrees to clear the lawn and work areas of objects such as toys, hoses, furniture, or pet waste prior to service. We are not liable for damage caused by items left in the yard.
7. Weather Delays
Services may be delayed due to inclement weather. We will reschedule as soon as possible based on availability and conditions.
8. Liability
We are insured and will take care when performing services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our work.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. All outstanding balances must be paid at the time of termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
